Schwab came to our team looking for a innovative approach to target top producers at Merrill Lynch. We developed a campaign that rippled through four touchpoints: an initial letter inviting advisors to consider Schwab, a customized iPod loaded with customized content, an invitation to an exclusive meeting, and a follow-up thank-you note.

The campaign resulted in an unprecedented 15% response from targeted advisors. Based on the success of the initial campaign Schwab came back to us to help roll out the campaign nationally, targeting a larger audience of top producing advisors.

During my time at Zoom Creates, we had the honor of working with I Have a Dream  — Oregon to create a video that would tell their story and inspire audiences to get involved. The video debuted at their annual Dream Big fundraising event just before the paddle raise and helped IHAD exceed their fundraising goals. IHAD continues to use the video as a tool to reach new donors, community partners and volunteers. We also partnered with IHAD to create a new website, to further aid in getting their message out to the world.
